Assam Rifles Conducts Pre-Recruitment Training to Prepare Agniveer Aspirants for Physical Exams

Aizawl, 4 Sept (Zoram News): In a commendable effort to prepare Agniveer aspirants for the challenging physical exams required for joining the Indian Army, Assam Rifles, operating under Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), conducted Pre-Recruitment Training for 87 local candidates from Mizoram. This comprehensive training program, which took place from August 4 to September 2, 2023, aimed to boost the physical fitness and performance of these enthusiastic aspirants.

In a commendable effort to prepare Agniveer aspirants for the challenging physical exams required for joining the Indian Army, Assam Rifles, operating under Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), conducted Pre-Recruitment Training for 87 local candidates from Mizoram. This comprehensive training program, which took place from August 4 to September 2, 2023, aimed to boost the physical fitness and performance of these enthusiastic aspirants.
The participants, hailing from various villages in Mizoram, underwent intensive training at different Company operating bases. The training regimen included a series of demanding exercises, obstacle courses, and endurance drills. These activities were designed to ensure that the candidates are well-prepared to excel in the physically demanding tests required for recruitment into the Indian Army.

Beyond physical fitness, the training also instilled values of discipline and determination among the aspirants, fostering a well-rounded development approach. Additionally, the event aligned with the motto of Assam Rifles, which is "Winning Hearts and Minds." By providing real-time training to local youth, it aimed to guide them toward a fulfilling career in the Indian Army.

Furthermore, the participants received valuable insights into the various career opportunities within the armed forces once they successfully pass their final selection process.
