Lawngtlai, 28 July: Press Accreditation Card (PAC) were distributed in Lawngtlai today to the accredited journalist selected by the government. A journalist workshop was also
organized for District MJA members at Lawngtlai Press Club. The programme was jointly organized by District Information & Public Relations Office and Mizoram Journalists’ Association (MJA), Lawngtlai District. Press Accreditation Card was distributed to 7 selected accredited journalists within Lawngtlai district by C Lalhruaitluanga, District Information & Public Relations Officer. He asked the selected accredited journalist to maintain their status.
In a function presided over by District MJA Vice President Elvis Lalthangzuala, District MJA President Lalngheta Ralte said accredited journalists must respect and preserve the status of accredited journalist.
There are 10 MJA members in Lawngtlai District and 7 members were selected accredited journalist. The PAC is valid till March 2023. Distribution of PAC was followed by ‘journalist workshop’ and DIPRO C. Lalhruaitluanga was the resource persons at the workshop.
