Aizawl, 5 June (Zoram News): The provisional results for the State Medical & Technical Entrance Examination (SMATEE) 2024, conducted by the Mizoram State Council for Technical Education (MSCTE) on 24th April 2024, have been released. The results, listed in order of merit irrespective of categories, are available on the official website [https://dhte.mizoram.gov.in](https://dhte.mizoram.gov.in). Any complaints regarding the provisional results should be submitted to the Joint Director (Technical Wing), H&TE, Chaltlang Lily Veng within one week from today. The final results will be published after addressing any complaints received.
- Candidates with higher marks in Biology are ranked higher.
- If Biology marks are equal, candidates with higher marks in Chemistry are ranked higher.
- If both Biology and Chemistry marks are equal, candidates with higher marks in Physics are ranked higher.
- If marks in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics are all equal, the older candidate is given preference.
The SMATEE
answer sheets were machine-graded, and requests for re-evaluation or
re-checking will not be entertained. However, candidates can obtain a photocopy
of their answer sheets by fulfilling the conditions outlined in clause 11 of
