Indian Army Announces Phase-II of Agniveer Recruitment Process in Aizawl

12 July (Zoram News): The Indian Army has announced the commencement of phase-II of the Agniveer Recruitment process, aiming to recruit local youths. The recruitment will take place from September 5-6, 2023, at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Mualpui, Aizawl, Mizoram.

Phase-II is specifically for candidates who have successfully passed the Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE), which was conducted nationwide from April 17 to April 26, 2023. Admit cards for the selected candidates for the Phase-II examination have already been issued by the Army Recruitment Office in Aizawl, and the candidates have been notified via their registered mobile numbers and email IDs.

To ensure the smooth conduct of the recruitment rally, a coordinating meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner's Conference Hall, chaired by Pu Lalrinzuala, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Aizawl. During the meeting, Colonel Sarwan Kumar, the Director of the Recruiting Office in Aizawl, provided a comprehensive report on the necessary preparations and requirements for the upcoming rally. Representatives from various concerned departments were invited to the meeting to discuss coordination efforts.
 

The Additional Deputy Commissioner assured all officials present of the civil administration's full cooperation in facilitating the rally. Special attention will be given to candidate marshaling, transportation, rally site preparation, medical facilities, and traffic management to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
