Aizawl, 14 March (Zoram News): A meeting was held today at the Chief Secretary's Conference Hall in Aizawl, chaired by Chief Secretary Dr Renu Sharma, to discuss the upcoming visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
During the meeting, officials from Engineering Projects (India) Limited, the contractor for the Zokhawsanga Assam Rifles Complex, reported that 13 components of their work have been completed and some quarters have already been handed over to the Assam Rifles. The venue for the official function with the Union Minister will also be inspected.
Officials from the Aizawl Smart City Project provided details on the construction of the Laldenga Cultural Center, which is being built north of the AR Ground at a cost of cheng nuai 193. The project is 75 meters x 90 metres.
The Chief Secretary urged all participants to carefully and thoroughly plan for the upcoming event, as time is short.
