Aizawl, 29th July 2021: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the Video Conferencing on the celebration of one year of National Education Policy 2020. Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister For Education conducted the proceeding of the Video Conference. Governor Dr Haribabu Kambhampati on behalf of the state government also participated in this important interaction.
The video Conferencing commenced with welcome speech from Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister For Education. This was followed by showcasing of video on achievements of NEP 2020, Launching of Vidya –Pravesh, Launching of Indian sign Language as a subject and lauching of NISHTHA 2.0 and SAFAL.
The Web-site Al for Public Awareness, the academic Bank of Credit & Multiple Entry-Exit, the 1st Year Engineering Programmes in Regional Languages, the Guidelines for Internationalisation of Higher Education and the National Digital Education Architecture (NDEAR) & National Education Technology Forum (NETF) were also launched. The interaction concluded with an address from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
