Aizawl, Mar 14 : The State Sports Incentive Cash Award of the last 4 years i.e. of 2012-2013 to 2015-2016 fiscals is likely to be given out soon.
Sports Minister Zodintluanga led board meeting decided the same today. The board meeting held at the office chamber of the Sports Minister decided that the unreleased cash incentive during the last 4 financial years i.e. during 2012-2013 to 2015-2016 may be given out and the proposal for the same may be submitted immediately to the Planning Department.
The meeting also decided to release the cash incentive award to the officials of different sports disciplines, as permitted by the Mizoram Sports Incentive Cash Award Rules, 2011.
The meeting was attended by board members – Sports & Youth Secretary HL Rochungnunga, Director Zothanmawia, Planning Department Principal Advisor Saihlira, Law & Judicial Department US R Lalmuankimi and other Sport & Youth Services officials.
