Aizawl, 14 March: Disaster Management & Rehabilitation Department issued an order today, withdrawing the requirement for mPASS Registrations for persons entering the State by road and by flight in the website mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in. The requirement for mandatory registration in the website mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in for vehicles carrying goods and commodities is also withdrawn with immediate effect.
The requirement of Inner Line Pass for non-indigenous persons entering the State except for persons exempted under Para 5 of the Guidelines for the enforcement of the Inner Line Regulation in Mizoram issued vide No.F.22016/5/2011-HMP dated 13.08.2014 shall continue to be in force. However, consequent upon the withdrawal of the requirement of mPASS for entry intro Mizoram, all Temporary ILP issuing Authorities are hereby authorized to resume the issue of Temporary ILPs for entry into Mizoram as per the existing ILP Guidelines.
The Standard Operating Procedures issued by Disaster Management & Rehabilitation Department and Health & Family Welfare Department from time to time for persons entering the State shall continue to be followed at all entry points.
