Aizawl, 6 March 20202 (Zoram News): Government-owned Power Finance Corporation (PFC), India's leading NBFC, today inked an MoA with Health Dept Govt. Mizoram for the construction of a 100-beded Hospital at Mamit district under its CSR initiative.
The Rs.12.5 crore agreement signed by Health Secretary H. Lalengmawia and Praveen Kumar Singh, Director (Commercial) of Power Finance Corporation will provide much needed improvement of the medical sector in the Aspirational district of Mamit through CSR funding from the PWC
The MoA (Memorandum of Agreement) was signed by Shri. H. Lalengmawia, IAS, Secretary, Health,Govt. of Mizoram and Shri R. Murahari, Executive Director (CSR&SD) PFC in presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Mizoram, Shri Pu Zoramthanga and Shri P.K. Singh, Director (Commercial) PFC.
The proposed Hospital would provide medical care to the needy people in the villages of Mamit District which is an Aspirational District and also adjoining villages of Bordering States.
